Privacy Policy

The Russian-language version of this Policy is the legally binding one under the laws of the Russian Federation. This English version is provided for convenience.

1. General

This Policy governs the processing and protection of personal data of Site visitors and is based on Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

By using the Site, the visitor confirms they have read this Policy.

2. What data is processed

The Site is an informational online gallery and contains no registration, contact, subscription or comment forms. The operator does not collect names, phone numbers, addresses or any other data the visitor would enter manually.

2.1. Technical data, processed automatically for operation and security:

  • device IP address;
  • browser and operating system information (User-Agent);
  • date, time and request parameters (server logs);
  • browser local storage (localStorage) — the selected language and theme.

2.2. Web analytics data. The Site uses the OpenPanel analytics system, hosted on the operator's own server (self-hosted). The following is collected:

  • pages viewed and navigation between them;
  • events and actions of the visitor on the Site;
  • referrer and session parameters;
  • device type, browser, screen resolution, language;
  • approximate region (derived from the IP address);
  • a visitor/session identifier assigned by the analytics system and stored in a cookie or local storage.

The IP address is used only to estimate the region and is not stored in full (IP anonymisation is enabled in the analytics system).

3. Purposes

  • ensuring the Site's functionality, availability and security;
  • protection against malicious and automated activity;
  • remembering interface preferences (language, theme);
  • collecting traffic statistics and analysing visitor behaviour to improve the Site (web analytics).

4. Legal basis

Processing of technical data necessary to run the Site is carried out under Article 6(1) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ (including to operate the Site at the visitor's own request).

Processing of web analytics data (OpenPanel) is carried out on the basis of the visitor's consent, requested via a banner on the first visit. No analytics identifiers are set and no analytics is collected before consent is given. The visitor may decline analytics or withdraw consent at any time.

5. Cookies and local storage

The Site uses:

  • Technically necessary mechanisms (localStorage) to remember the language and theme. These require no consent as they provide basic functionality.
  • Analytics cookies / identifiers of the OpenPanel system — set only after consent and used to collect traffic statistics.

The visitor may withdraw analytics consent at any time (the “Cookie settings” option in the Site footer) and clear local storage and cookies via their browser.

6. Storage, transfers and localisation

Web analytics data is processed and stored on the operator's own server located in the Russian Federation. This satisfies the requirement to localise databases of personal data of Russian citizens (Article 18(5) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ and Federal Law No. 242-FZ).

Analytics data is not shared with third parties and is not transferred outside the Russian Federation (no cross-border transfer). Hosting of the Site itself may be provided by a hosting provider (SpaceWeb) acting as a processor on the operator's behalf, only as needed to run the Site. Data is not sold and is not used for third-party marketing.

7. Retention

Web analytics data is kept for no longer than 3 (three) years from collection, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Server logs are kept no longer than necessary for the security and operation of the Site, after which they are likewise deleted or anonymised.

8. Safeguards

The operator takes reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect the data against unlawful access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, including where the analytics system runs on the operator's own equipment.

9. Visitor rights

The visitor may obtain information about the processing of their data, request its correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact veldat@vk.com. The visitor may also file a complaint with Roskomnadzor.

10. Changes

The operator may amend this Policy. The current version is always available at allaeliseeva.com/privacy.
