The Russian-language version of these Terms is the legally binding one under the laws of the Russian Federation. This English version is provided for convenience.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site is an informational online gallery (portfolio) of the author's works and is provided for informational purposes only. It allows visitors to view the author's works and is not an online store.

2. The information is not a public offer

All information on the Site — including images of works, their descriptions, specifications and stated prices — is provided for informational purposes only.

In accordance with Article 437(1) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this information does not constitute a public offer and is to be treated as an invitation to make offers (an invitation to negotiate).

The stated prices are indicative (for reference) and may change. The current price, availability, terms and timeframes are agreed individually upon contacting the author.

3. How works are acquired

The Site does not process payments and is not a party to settlements between the author and a buyer.

The author communicates personally with anyone who reaches out regarding the works. Any arrangements are made directly with the author outside the Site — via the contact channels listed on the Site (messengers, e-mail) or on external platforms that may be linked from the Site. The Site itself takes no part in such arrangements or settlements.

4. External links

The Site may contain links to external resources (messengers, marketplaces, etc.). Such resources are operated by third parties and have their own rules and policies. The author does not control their content and is not responsible for the terms of transactions made on external platforms.

5. Intellectual property

All images, texts and other materials on the Site are protected by copyright and belong to the author (Articles 1259, 1270 of the Civil Code of the RF). Copying, reproduction, distribution or other use of the materials without the author's written consent is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

Information on the Site is provided "as is". The author makes reasonable efforts to keep it current but does not guarantee the absence of inaccuracies. Use of the Site is at the visitor's own discretion and risk.

7. Changes

The author may amend these Terms. The current version is available on the Site.
